The following describes the terms and conditions for use of the Free Night of Theater website created and managed by Theatre Communications Group ("TCG"). By entering www.freenightoftheater.net ("this website") and using any of the information provided within, including but not limited to viewing its content or making reservations, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This website is subject to the terms and restrictions contained herein, and is provided for use by consumers only. Any attempt to use this website for commercial purposes (including the purchase of tickets for the purpose of resale), promotion of products and services, directly or indirectly, by you or by a third party is strictly prohibited.

Content

A majority of the content included on this website is provided by third parties. Neither TCG (the Company) nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. TCG neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information on this website.

Electronic Communications

When you reserve tickets from this site, you are communicating with TCG electronically and by doing so, you consent to receive electronic communications from TCG regarding the reservation you are making. Additionally, by consenting to accept electronic communications from TCG, you also acknowledge that all agreements, disclosures and notices, including any updates to this Agreement, may be provided to you electronically and that an electronic communication from TCG satisfies any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

In addition, when you make a reservation via this website, you agree that you have established a relationship with TCG and our partners and you consent to receive future email notices from TCG and our partner organizations in Free Night of Theater about events, products or services that may be of interest to you.

Event Cancellations or Restrictions

The venue or the event's promoter determines policies relating to the cancellation of an event. If an event is postponed, you should contact the venue directly to obtain information about postponed dates of the event. As TCG is merely serving as an intermediary between consumer and third-party theatres, TCG can assume no responsibility or liability for any cancellation or postponement of an event.

Ticket Limits and Availability

In an effort to provide all interested customers an opportunity to reserve tickets to an event, venues and promoters have set limits on the number of tickets one customer or household is allowed to purchase. Ticket availability is subject to change. TCG is acting as agent for venues and promoters and does not control the number of tickets or the location of seats that are made available for this reservation and thus assumes no responsibility or liability for any such change. Venues may release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale and for this reason and others, the tickets available for a given event may change. If you are unable to find tickets to an event, please check back again or contact the theatre directly. We strongly suggest that if an event is "sold out" you choose another performance to ensure your ability to participate in this ticket program.

All Reservations are Final

All transactions completed though this website are final. TCG's partner venues do not allow for refunds or exchanges, so once an order has been confirmed, please be sure you have selected the proper event before completing your order.
